Yesterday was just some brief time spent in game as once again real life has reared it’s ugly head and seems to be having fun ping ponging everyone all over the place. Without going into any details, it has been some of the most difficult times I’ve had to deal with, and I’ve dealt with my fair share.

I did a little exping on the coercer, the conjuror and shadowknight I typically play with were around for a bit and we decided to try to do Halls of Fate – mentored to level 61. It was a crazy attempt since the mobs even outside the zone are 68, but it was fun. Needless to say we didn’t make it too far. Especially since the level 61 was a coercer which meant we had no healer. Before that we had attempted to trio the Obelisk of A in Moors – with a healer, but still only 77 and we almost made it past the first room before calling it. Almost. It was still some of the most fun I’ve ever had in game.

Afterwards we decided to aim for something more realistic. The Nest in Barren Sky would be slightly above our level, but we felt confident that we could handle that sans healer and the shadowknight tank just life taping his way.

There were laughs, and deaths but eventually the zone fell and the coercer managed to ding 63. I took a break and then later headed to New Tunaria to ding 64. The defiler has reached 28 carpenter, and I’m working my way towards 30.

Aside from that, here’s hoping real life quiets down, and I truly hope everyone has a wonderful day.

  1. Thanks for the comment, hehe.

I actually already have a level 80 coercer, and an 80 illusi, so this is my 2nd coercer. I love them. :)

Congratulations yourself on the Eq2players link, I’m uh, not new to that at all *chuckles*

Pleasure to hear from you. :)
I also subscribe to your RSS. :)

  2. How are you liking the coercer? It quickly became my main so be careful, it’s addictive!

Congrats on the link on eq2players. I am in good company :)

I just wanted to drop by and say hi and let you know I read all your posts. Unfortunately, mmoquests.com is blocked as a gaming site at my work (where I do most of my browsing, shhh) so I have to read the rss and am unable to comment on them.

    Love your site though!

I hope RL calms down for you soon.
